Finance operation manager

Description

• Assist each function to control the operation risk and set up the integrated P&P;

• Ensure accounting policy & procedures are followed properly and streamline them with business development;

• Take a lead or participate project on process improvement/simplification;

• Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve business issues that related to finance;

• Be responsible for cash flow management to ensure smooth and effective operation of cash;

• Review B/S reconciliation on monthly basis and pending issue follow-up;

• Be responsible for monthly & quarterly Corporate accounting reports;

• Assured effective internal control plan and implementation;

• Coordinate SOX/internal audit and risk assessment per request

Qualifications

• The candidate must be a strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude and focus

• Strong ability to work across functionally with business team

• Ability to motivate team and endure higher working pressure in completion the urgent tasks

• Strategic thinking

• Ability to grasp the overall view of business

Education, Certifications：

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

• Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.

Working experience：

• At least 6 finance management working experience in foreign invested companies;

• Manufacturing firm experience will be a plus.
