We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team specializing in Finance, for Eaton Cummins Joint Venture
(Offsite Role): This role can be done anywhere within United States.
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing meaningful reporting to aid in understanding financial performance and drive business decisions, providing business forecasts related to North America Sales and Cost of Sales.
This position will be key in supporting the business and helping to make the bridge between North America Sales & Supply Chain for Eaton-Cummins JV.
The role is focused on financial planning and variance analysis for sales (volume, pricing, mix, OEM marketing programs, etc.) and material cost activities (PPV, surcharges, premium freight), including maintenance of accruals and reconciliations related to these activities.
Special projects around sales and supply chain are also part of the scope.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
3 Years of Finance or Accounting experience (preferred)
Must be analytical with strong attention to detail, deliver work to a high level of accuracy
Strong Excel skills are essential

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
