Treasury Manager
Description
We are looking for a talented Treasury Manager to join our team specializing in Finance for our Corporate Organization in your U.S. remote home office. This role has flexibility to be hybrid if candidate lives in Indiana, Cincinnati, or Louisville or 100% remote.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support development of strategic Fx and commodity risk strategy and manage execution of currency and commodity trades for various hedging programs.
Work with colleagues worldwide to identify exposures and determine ways to hedge them.
Collaborates cross functionally with Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Investor Relations and Legal.
Reviews analytical tools, financial models, and dashboards to support decision making.
Reviews reports and other analysis for Treasury leadership.
Evaluates the economics of complex derivative strategies and recommend optimum solutions.
Support senior treasury leadership in communications with the Board and Executive Management.
Establishes and maintains relationships with banking institutions and other financial vendors.
Mentors and develops team members to grow and promote organizational talent pool.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related subject required, MBA preferred. CFA certification or working towards preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of treasury or finance experience.
A minimum of 2 years of currency risk management experience and understanding how risk management works
Managerial/Leadership experience

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
