Regional Accounts Receivable Supervisor, SEAPAC

  • Develop a high performing team

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising the work of an accounts receivable team

  • Coaches, mentors and inspires the team

  • Recommends changes in methods and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable unit

  • Assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs

  • Assess the performance of the team and provide timely feedback

  • Monitors the collection process and negotiations with past due accounts

  • Prepares reports on receivables, receipts, and account balances.

  • Identify and correct control weaknesses by operating in a lead capacity and making remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls and mitigate risk

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative customer/stakeholder relationships

  • Work closely with the Global Service Owner (GSO) to drive global initiatives

  • Actively participate in projects that will improve process, efficiencies and cost


Skills and Experience required

  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience in the accounting field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial / supervisory role preferably in a MNC

  • Relevant experience in Manufacturing or similar industry

  • Strong leaderships skills (Handling Conflicts, Coaching & Mentoring, Team Engagement & Performance Management)

  • Excellent Communication skills to handle regional stakeholders

  • Knowledgeable in ERP systems such as Oracle, Movex and MS Dynamics etc.

  • Process improvement skills such as Kaizen, 5s or six-sigma will be an added advantage

Required Education / Licenses / Certifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • CPA / CMA certified will be an added advantage
