Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst to join our highly functional finance team based at our Asia Pacific Headquarters in Scoresby . This role will see you partner with the wider business to drive our new and existing credit risk strategies.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform basic and complex financial analyses and reports for management

  • Support the preparation of credit reporting and credit-worthiness reviews

  • Support the reporting and analysis of credit risk strategies and receivables performance health metrics

  • Prepares basic and complex Credit Reporting, Planning & Forecasting for management, including reviews for areas of emphasis and follow-up

  • Develop and analyse financial data to support credit-worthiness reviews

  • Answer basic and complex inquiries regarding customer risk and performance & prepares analysis of accounts

  • Support receivables performance metrics analysis and consolidated credit reporting for the entity

  • Support the deployment and ongoing measurement and analysis of credit risk strategies with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Participates or leads in special projects as assigned – with a focus on Continuous Improvement

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • 10 years of credit/account receivable experience – across the full breadth of the order to cash work stream

  • At least 3 years of credit/AR analyst experience, or other senior credit function role driving strategy and performance

  • Highly analytical and detail oriented – with depth of experience in deep dive analysis of AR/credit performance outcomes

  • Strong understanding of all credit performance health metrics across the full breadth of order to cash

  • Highly experienced in understanding and interpretation of credit policy, guidelines and procedures, particularly with respect to both compliance and performance reporting

  • Involvement in both internal and external audit of order to cash process & results

  • Demonstrated experience in credit/AR continuous improvement

  • Experience in operational credit strategies both credit risk & collections – highly advantageous
