Leasing Analyst – Scoresby

About the role:
We are currently seeking a versatile Leasing Analyst to join a global central lease team. Reporting to the Global Service Owner Fixed Assets & Leasing (UK) and a dotted line locally to the Finance Manager. You’ll be responsible for reconciliation and adjustment of various general ledger accounts and prepare related financial reports and statements.
Your role will also include;
Enter, manage, maintain and retire all of the real estate leases
Assist and deliver training and the key point of contact for Lease Coordinators globally
Compile, consolidate, and conduct basic analysis of accounting and finance information
Assists with the production of monthly and annual financial statements and reports
Make accounting adjustments through appropriate journal entries
Assists with monthly and annual account reconciliations and close activities
Prepare tables, charts, and other exhibits for report
Some travel globally is required (<10%)
Proven finance experience - at least 2 years experience
A background in accounting with strong understanding of journal entries, lease accounting balance sheet reconciliation
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances
A positive and upbeat personality
