We are looking for a talented Analysis & Testing Technology Finance/Administrative Associate to join our team for our location in Stoughton, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Maintain group capital and expense budgets, approve purchases, request journal entries to charge other internal groups for services received, review and identify errors in the general ledger, compile and present reports to team management and business unit Engineering Finance
Support group leaders in budgeting & forecasting expenses, headcount, and capital; in routine management tasks
Support team members in purchasing and the financial aspects of asset management
Prepare an annual report compiling expenses eligible for the US R&D Tax Credit
Schedule and host team meetings, assist group Director in scheduling meetings
Develop and maintain documents and tools to market the team to its internal customers and to efficiently collaborate with them; help to prepare for and to host meetings by internal & external customers
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Minimum required education/experience: three years of relevant experience from higher education and/or employment in a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of processes & tools used in accounts payable & receivable, maintenance of a general ledger, and the financial aspects of capital asset management
Demonstrated ability to identify and to appropriately protect confidential information
Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and OneNote; in the use of Sharepoint and of web-based accounting tools preferred
Must be able to work 1st Shift: M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM
This is a Hybrid position that will require multiple days per week to be on site
Pay based on experience level
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
